A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Tour of the first ever “Child Support Mobile Assistance Center” in the Nation will be held on August 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM, at 58 Park Place, Newark, New Jersey 07102. Carol Antoinette Bennett, the Custodial Parent owed over $1 million in unpaid child support by recording legend and VH1 Reality Star Steven A. Jordon aka “Stevie J” and Wesley S. Jenkins, Executive Director of Babyland Services located in Essex County, NJ are amongst the event's confirmed guest speakers.  Staffed with an attorney, paralegals, and customer services representatives, the Mobile Assistance Center will travel to family courts throughout the tri-state area to provide services for custodial and noncustodial parents (Above: Mobile Assistance Center Before Wrap and Mockup).

Project Child Support is a project of the Custodial Support Foundation (https://www.trustcounselors.org/foundations/item/custodia...), which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation that provides charitable child support collection services for parents receiving state assistance, and child support educational services. Project Child Support was created to reduce the more than $100 billion owed in child support arrears in the United States, thereby enhancing quality of life for many under-supported American children.

Collectively, parents can receive assessment, administration, educational, investigative, collection apprehension and legal services under the Project Child Support Initiative.

We have invited and expect to be in attendance numerous elected officials, senior agency executives, faith-based community leaders and community advocates to learn about the agency and tour our “Project Child Support Mobile Assistance Center (MAC)”.  The fully equipped mobile office is managed by a professionally trained team of legal advisors and administrative staff readily able to assist both custodial and non-custodial parents navigate the sometimes rocky road of child support; assuring their child get the child support they need and deserve.
