By: Narayan Seva Sansthan The ‘life’ became much easier Basically, a native of Uttar Pradesh, India, namely Ruby D/o Mr. Rakesh was accursed with physical disability since the time of her birth. She was examined by many doctors and underwent treatment at various hospitals, but in vain. Her parents accepted it as a fate and decided to send her to school for studies. Crippling on her legs, Ruby, too, decided to cover the long journey of her life with courage and continued to move ahead. At that very time, one of the residents of his village briefed them about the ‘Free of Cost’ successful corrective surgeries of physically challenged children undergoing at Narayan Sewa Sansthan’, Udaipur. During her conversation with the representatives of the Organization, Ruby briefed out that she came to Udaipur for the first time in August, 2013 and got herself examined at the hospital of ’Narayan Sewa Sansthan’, where the successfully corrective surgery of one of her legs took place on 27th August, 2013, The successful corrective surgery of her other leg took place in February,2014.She could easily witness more than 50% improvement after her first surgery. After her second corrective surgery, she can now easily stand on her own and even walk slowly. In own words of Ruby, ’since the time of my birth, it was for the first time, that I could walk on my own after the corrective surgery of my leg. Twice, I came to the hospital of the Organization and on both the occasions, I had to stay there for nearly 15 days. During that period, my family members, too, were there to summon up my courage. All the facilities relating to lodging, boarding, medicines etc. were provided to me and my family members ’Free of Cost’ on behalf of the Organization. I was treated and looked after like a family member at the hospital of the Organization.. During my stay at the hospital, I never realized that I was ‘far off’ from my place. I convey my sincere gratitude to all the members of the organizational family who have been kind enough in providing me with ‘free of Cost’ facilities along with the best possible treatment during my stay at the hospital of the organization. I , on behalf of the Organization, have also been provided with a pair of special shoes so as to make me walk easily. I, for the rest of my life, shall pray to the ‘Almighty’ For more info: http://www.narayanseva.org End
