Peachtree Immediate Care Breaks Ground on New Urgent Care Center in Newnan, GA

NEWNAN, Ga. - Aug. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Atlanta, Georgia/ August 18, 2014 – CRH Healthcare (CRH), a quality- and patient-focused operator of urgent care centers has signed a lease to open a new Peachtree Immediate Care center in Newnan, Georgia, a southeastern suburb of Atlanta. The site, where the groundbreaking recently occurred, is positioned in front of the new Gander Mountain at the heart of the Ashley Park shopping district. The center is scheduled to open later this year and will provide walk-in care for non-life threatening medical issues and occupational health services seven-days-a-week. Like the three current Peachtree Immediate Care locations in Fayetteville, LaGrange and Mableton, the center will be staffed by licensed physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who seek to give patients an experience that lives up to the company’s tagline —“Get in. Get out. Get Better.”  In addition to the very capable staff, the well-appointed center will have an electronic medical record system that is tied in to all the centers, an on-site lab, and digital x-ray capabilities, allowing patients to be seen without the long wait or high costs of an emergency room.

The occupational health services offered will include physicals (e.g., pre-employment, annual, & DOT), worker’s compensation injury treatment, and drug testing, including eScreens. Having acquired its first five centers in Huntsville and Atlanta, CRH plans to continue opening new locations, like in Newnan, as well as seek acquisitions of small- and medium-sized operators of urgent care centers in the southeast.
