If you have a mixture of good re-usable items but also waste on non-usable goods then we would be happy to offset any clearance charges against any items we are interested.

If you have all good and clean re-usable items we will highly likely pay you to clear the property.

If you have waste, rubbish and no re-useable goods, then there would be a charge for the removal and disposal of the items.
