The panelist will give some insight on how to implement sustainability and the challenges we all face. I am excited to not only spread the word on my ethical approach which I am passionate about but this will also be my first solo showcase." On her collection she says: "The element of surprise is key to the collection. This R3 collection encompasses the Reduce Reuse Recycle R3 ethos. The freedom of re-invention doubting established criteria zero-waste, up-cycling, reconstruction, using design techniques that emphasises the sustainable approach to fashion runs through all my collections. My concept sits within the flux of impromptu, free, unpredictable, wild, untamed, restless, asymmetric, simple, fragile, exaggerated, organic." The collection is created from fabrics such as silks, silk chiffon, linen and bark-cloth. The discussion panel of ethical editorial label José Hendo is themed around her commitment to her R3 campaign, in aim of spreading the word and work on sustainability in the fashion industry and as end consumers. The panel brings together sustainable companies and influencers. We sharing the challenges, experience and applied working knowledge as well as solutions surrounding sustainable fashion, sustainable business practices and corporate responsibility with those that have shared, accompanied and support the same journey as well as the labels journey.
