Before joining Acorn International, Oxman served as the director of energy and extractive industries at Business for Social Responsibility and held distinguished positions at Chevron, Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and Price Waterhouse. Throughout his career, Oxman has worked at corporate headquarters and at the asset level with substantial experience in social performance, strategic planning and upstream petroleum economics. He has served in various capacities throughout his career as both a consultant and as a corporate professional both in the U.S. and in international expatriate assignments.
