BCBE can help with all energy efficient needs: Installation of energy efficient appliances such as high-efficiency air conditioning equipment with programmable thermostats, pools with high efficiency pool pumps, etc.; Installation of impact glass windows; and closed-cell foam insulation applied directly to the underside of the roof.

BCBE recently completed a contemporary designed home that offers many green features including a garden rooftop, solar electricity, solar hot water, thermally insulated impact glass windows and doors, electric car charging station, and a wood and concrete pool deck. This custom green home was primarily focused on pollution and waste reduction however it was expanded to include the building's sustainability, productivity and energy bills.

BCBE has built several custom homes in Naples with solar panels; solar energy can provide neutral, clean energy without the use of fossil fuels thus creating a healthier and more environmentally friendly home. BCBE is currently building an environmentally friendly home that includes a cistern. Today, cisterns are typically used for irrigation however they can be equipped with filters or other water purification methods when the water is meant for consumption.
