Anex Office Signs 11,000 Sq. Ft. Lease at Brickell Bay Office Tower in Downtown Miami

This will be the shared office provider’s third upscale alternative workspace location in the Miami area. The new lease brings the tower to 92% occupancy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Anex Office will occupy a full floor at Brickell Bay Office Tower, marking the latest in a string of Miami companies moving into office space at the 280,500-square-foot tower.
