WASHINGTON - Sept. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- tiphub, the mentorship driven accelerator and business consultancy that develops and supports seed stage technology and social impact ventures within Africa and the African Diaspora announced its Board of Advisors of today.

Composed of 9 distinguished executives from diverse disciplines and of varied nationalities, the Board will guide the organization’s strategic direction, advise on changes to policies and procedures and consult the collective on the execution and implementation of the tiphub vision.

On November 22nd in Washington, DC tiphub will host their inaugural cohort of entrepreneurs in Diaspora Demo Day Pitch Mixer and Startup Showcase as an official event of the State Department's Global Entrepreneurship Week. Participants of the event will have the opportunity to pitch their startups to tiphub’s board and assortment of African-focused investors in addition to collecting invaluable insight to be used towards business and technical  advancement.
