You simply sign up for our Tenant Placement Services, then one of our staff will come to visit your property and perform a pre-placement inspection to make certain that the property is ready to be used. We will provide you with a list of repairs that should be done and an estimated cost of the repairs. We will market the property, show the property, review applications, and select a tenant based on our criteria. Once we have found a tenant, we will arrange a time for all parties to sign the lease. Once the lease is signed, we receive payment.
