By: Pure Image Productions The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce will officiate the Pure Image Productions ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 25 at 4:30 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the companies premises, located inside the Regions on Fifth building at 1100 5th Avenue South, Suite 410, Naples. Attendees of the grand opening will have the opportunity to tour the office and view memorabilia from past film projects worked on by Marine Team International and Scoular Image plus see Videos and TV Commercials produced for the SW Florida market. Captain Lance Julian and his son Captain Harry Julian founded Marine Team International in 1994. The company provides professional marine consulting, project management and production services for commercial marine projects, water-related feature films, television programs, commercials, videos and documentaries worldwide. To their credits are the Oscar Winning “Titanic,” Scoular Image was founded by John Scoular and his wife Madeline. John wrote and directed the award winning feature film “Lunatics, Lovers & Poets” and Madeline is a Producer /UPM in her own right. Her credits include works with Janet Jackson, Tide, Wal-Mart, Sprint and feature films. Scoular Image has specialized in capturing quality images for video, stills for promos and commercials. Pure Image Productions has been working with regional companies and organizations on various projects. Most recently, they were involved with the WGCU ‘Pink Gold Rush’ that won the People’s Choice Award at the Ft. Myers Beach Film Festival. Also included in their portfolio is the shooting and logistics of the documentary film “The World Is Watching”, one of the largest ‘Artificial Reef Projects’ in the Western Hemisphere. More than 18,000 tons of concrete material will be deployed to create 36 reefs in the Southwest Florida region of the Gulf of Mexico. The documentary will be distributed nationally through WGCU and across all PBS stations in North America.
