Ted Todd Insurance group volunteers for Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Sept. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Thirteen enthusiastic Ted Todd Insurance Agency employees from all four of its Southwest Florida offices volunteered recently to paint the interior of a home on Katherine Street in Fort Myers for Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties. They worked side-by-side with a Habitat family to brighten and freshen a four bedroom, two bathroom house for another deserving family.

Employee organizers Ashley Jennings and Tonia Maples enlisted the help of teammates Lisa Chenoweth, Lyndsey Johannesen, Tina Gadue, Claudete Goldey, Tannya Gonzalez, Jodi Marturano, Kim Mastrole, Carlos Miranda, Ana Paulina-Estrella, Patrick Siefert, and Danny Trejo for the day. They also provided water, food and snacks to keep the volunteers refreshed and hydrated.

"Working alongside a Mom and her two teenage sons who were so deeply appreciative for what Habitat for Humanity has done for them was so empowering," said Ashley Jennings, office manager at the Estero office. "They demonstrated a wonderful 'can-do' spirit that made us all proud to be a part of helping provide clean, affordable housing for even just one family."
