Tim Hekker, and Lori Juneau-Alford founded Avanti Senior Living leveraging their combined 50-plus years of senior living and healthcare experience. Hekker, CEO, and Juneau-Alford, COO, created the company with a vision to fundamentally redefine the customer service experience for assisted living and memory care by providing a quality of life that fosters independence. Tim Hekker has completed $925 million in acquisitions and hasdeveloped more than $1.8 billion in senior housing properties over the past 30 years. Juneau-Alford spent 16 years conducting market research and feasibility studies, as well as lobbying for the senior living industry and hands-on sales, marketing and operation of senior housing communities nationwide. Visionaries, Hekker and Juneau-Alford, recently broke ground on the company’s first community in the Cypress area, Avanti at Towne Lake. Avanti senior living communities will initially be built in Texas, Florida and Louisiana. Then, the company will move into other markets nationwide.

Avanti’s memory care, called Salize, will provide a stimulating assortment of textures and colors, while also creating a climate that is conducive to serenity at every level.
