Hendersonville’s Indian Lake Village Breaking New Ground And Celebrating Exciting New Projects

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. - Sept. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Indian Lake Village has a lot to celebrate these days with a new Hobby Lobby, a new Culver’s family restaurant, an all-new Indian Lake surgery center, and the residential development, BridgeMill townhomes, by Phillips Builders.

Hobby Lobby
Hendersonville residents are very excited about having a Hobby Lobby of their own in Sumner County. The popular privately-held national retail chain of craft and home decor is set to open its doors in October of 2014.Final touches are underway on its 55,000 square-foot building located at Indian Lake Boulevard and Saundersville Road.

The Hendersonville Hobby Lobby joins the nineteen existing locations in Tennessee, providing about 35 – 50 jobs to the community.  Hobby Lobby is well known for paying its associates $15 per hour for full-time and $10 per hour for part-time associates, well above the national average pay for this type of employer.

Culver's Family Restaurant
Another success story coming to Hendersonville is Culver’s Family restaurant now under construction on Indian Lake Blvd. Culver’s restaurant plans to open its new store in September. It is a fun, family-friendly place to dine, and kids love it. In 1984 Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver’s in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin.Craig combined a love for his mom’s homemade hamburgers with his favorite childhood vacation treat, fresh frozen custard, to create Culver’s signature combination of ButterBurgers and fresh frozen custard.

Indian Lake Surgery Center

The surgery center is Hendersonville’s first outpatient state-of-the-art surgery center and it is being welcomed by the community.
