Yadkin Bank Announces Official Conversion

RALEIGH, N.C. - Sept. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Today, Yadkin Bank completed its conversion to reflect the merger-of-equals announced earlier this year between Yadkin and VantageSouth Banks. The combined franchise, retaining the Yadkin Bank name, will be the largest community bank headquartered in North Carolina with approximately $4.0 billion in assets.

The new Yadkin Bank has an expanded footprint to provide hands-on, personalized service to customers at 73 branches in 56 cities across North and South Carolina. After today, all branches will display Yadkin Bank signage and branding.
