Commercial Roofing Company Restores Port Royal Club in Naples, FL

NAPLES, Fla. - Sept. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Established in 1959, the Port Royal Club in Naples FL is a luxury community that has become world renowned.  It consists of six hundred single family lots with deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Ten Thousand Islands.  In order to maintain its commitment to excellence, the club has recently contracted West Coast FL Enterprises to replace all of the low slope roof areas of the community. This includes, but is not limited to the kitchen, dining rooms, terraces, and offices.

Several years ago, West Coast Florida Enterprises was contracted to replace all of the existing Ludowichi Slate Tile roofs at Port Royal Club. This project consisted of reroofing all of the flat (low slope) roof areas.

"The flat roofs on the Club are all segmented and separated due to years of additions and alterations," said Scott Otey of West Coast FL Enterprises. "We finally replaced all of these roofs to make one contiguous roof system. The roof will now be free of ponding water and will be more aesthetically pleasing."

West Coast is installing Soprema Mod Bit Roof (http://www.westcoastflenterprises.com/#!roofing/bbb1e), which utilizes a self adhered system. The scope of project also included a significant amount of roof top electrical work, which was performed by West Coast's electrical subcontractor, Irish Electric.

The project also included replacement of the equipment screen walls that surround the perimeter of the roof. Old wooden lattice screen walls will be removed and replaced with custom shop fabricated aluminum louvered walls (http://www.westcoastflenterprises.com/#!custom-welding-or...).  These walls will be power coated to a color of the owner's choice.

In addition to the re-roofing project, West Coast also be provided custom copper gutter and downspout work, as well as roof maintenance to the remainder of the building.

The Port Royal Club roofing project was officially completed in mid-September 2014.
