Over his 22 seasons in the Major Leagues playing with the Pirates and Giants Barry Lamar Bonds compiled the most impressive statistical resume the game has ever seen.  Bonds attended Arizona State University, hitting .347 with 45 home runs and 175 runs batted in (RBI). In 1984 he batted .360 and had 30 stolen bases. In 1985 he hit 23 home runs with 66 RBIs and a .368 batting average. He was a Sporting News All-American selection that year. He tied the NCAA record with seven consecutive hits in the College World Series as sophomore and was named to All-Time College World Series Team in 1996.

At the very top of the list is the most sacred record attainable; Bonds is the All-Time Home Run King smashing a record 762 career home runs. A 7-Time National League MVP Bonds appeared in 14 All-Star Games and won 8 Gold Glove Awards. He is the all-time leader in walks (2558) and intentional walks (688). His signature season came in 2001 when he hit a record 73 HR hit .328 and drove in 137 runs. Bonds retired after the 2007 season at the age of 42.
