UHY Dawgen acquires Astley Jarrett & Company

Oct. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- The firm will operate under the UHY Dawgen brand and will be a member of UHY, the international network of independent accounting and consulting firms. The network has offices in over 275 major business centres in 87 countries.

UHY Dawgen explains that the acquisition aligns with its strategy of significantly increasing the size of business in key areas and is part of its growth strategy which will enable them to offer their services to a broader range of clients including small business sector.
