Delavan Digital Marketing Agency Wins Three National Design Awards

DELAVAN, Wis. - Oct. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Delavan-based creative branding and digital agency, Signalfire, has won three national design awards in the 52nd annual American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, a New York-based advertising publication. Signalfire was recognized for two different website designs and one brand development project. Each award is given for a specific creative project completed in 2013 or 2014 and received over 10,000 entries.

“With each project,” says Matthew Olson, Signalfire’s Owner and Creative Director, “our creative and development team really went the extra mile. These awards validate their hard work and passion for understanding the client’s desire.” The two non-profit websites recognized by Graphic Design USA were Worldbuilders and Lower Sugar River Watershed Association.

Worldbuilders is a non-profit organization based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin dedicated to “geeks doing good.” Worldbuilders was founded by New York Times best selling author Patrick Rothfuss (The Name of the Wind and Wise Man’s Fear) in order to use the collective power of readers, fellow authors and book lovers to make the world a better place.

Lower Sugar River Watershed Association (http://www.lsrwa.org)

The Lower Sugar River Watershed Association (LSRWA) is a non-profit, grassroots organization based in Brodhead, Wisconsin, at the heart of the driftless region. The citizen-scientist organization is dedicated to empowering citizens with experience and knowledge to become stewards of the land and water resources in the Lower Sugar River Watershed.

Signalfire Also Wins Award For Branding
Signalfire’s creative team was also recognized for logo design. “Great branding is at the core of great marketing,” says Olson. “Our award-winning branding project was associated with a cause near and dear to our hearts.” The award-winning branding project a growing animal shelter and welfare organization in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin

The Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin (formerly the Rock County Humane Society) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide shelter and humane care to lost and homeless pets, reunite lost pets with their families, promote positive pet adoptions and educate the Rock County community in order to inspire compassion and responsible pet guardianship.

“We get compliments consistently,” says HSSW Executive Director Brett Fraizer, “even several months after our launch I still find myself looking through the site and just feeling a strong send of pride in the way this [project] came together.”
