Rachel Cantore will lead the Bootcamp F.I.T. Program, which stands for Functional Intense Training. Participants will be in good hands, as there’s no one better to guide students through this challenging and goal-driven program. A certified personal trainer, Cantore specializes in health and wellness, weight loss, general fitness, corrective exercise, sports specific training, and performance enhancement. She is committed to health and fitness and is sure to encourage and motivate all those who participate in the program. “I’m looking forward to training folks in the Lowcountry and helping people achieve their fitness goals,” said Personal Trainer Rachel Cantore. “The boot camp will be a great class for those who like training in a group atmosphere.” Cantore is also available to provide personal training sessions for individuals or small groups. The Bootcamp F.I.T. Program is designed for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts alike. The scalable physical fitness regimen will empower all those who are ready to accept the challenge—from mothers and teenagers to firefighters, law officers, and athletes. The well-planned array of exercises will provide a workout for both the body and the mind. With varied and challenging routines and the encouragement and support of the entire Bootcamp F.I.T. staff, those enrolled should feel safe and secure in this invigorating practice. “We’re excited to add personal training to our menu of options of what we offer to help people improve their fitness and recover from injuries,” said Craig Weyer, Physical Therapist and Director of the Wellness Institute. “Rachel brings a lot of experience to the table in terms of helping people with weight loss and improving fitness levels.” The Bootcamp F.I.T. program will take place three days a week every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 6:30 a.m. at the Wellness Institute, 100 Okatie Center Blvd. North, in Bluffton.
