Mystic Falls “Ultimate Fan Weekend” Contest

COVINGTON, Ga. - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Covington, Ga, known as the Hollywood of the South™, is holding a contest for Vampire Diaries fans in conjunction with a special Halloween viewing of the series episode. Covington is known as Hollywood of the South™ because of its extensive use for movie and TV show filming. The Covington/Newton County Convention & Visitors Bureau is excited to announce its newest contest, The Mystic Falls Ultimate Fan Weekend. The contest consists of a grand prizewinner and two runner-up prizes.

The ultimate grand prize is a weekend for the winner and a guest in Mystic Falls, aka Covington, GA. The prize can be redeemed on the weekends of either February 27^th, 28^th and March 1^st, or July 17^th, 18^th, and 19^th of 2015. The prize includes a 3 night stay at Twelve Oaks Inn Bed & Breakfast (one room only), a gift basket from The Cork Boutique, The Vamp Pamp gift certificate from Charmed Day Spa, Vamped out mani/pedi certificate from Tropical Nails Salon and Spa, Lunch at Bradleys Bar-B-Que, Scoops Milkshake (Ian’s favorite Banana Pudding), Shelvie Jean Shopping Spree, VIP dinner for two at Mystic Grill, VIP limo tour by Mystic Falls Tours, catered lunch at the Lockwood Mansion, private photo shoot at the Lockwood Mansion, and private shopping at On Location Gifts. Travel expenses are not included in the grand prize.

Second prize is a framed and signed Love Sucks poster signed by Nina Dobrev, Ian Sommerhalder, and Paul Wesley. Third prize is a Vampire Diaries Season V DVD set.

To be eligible to win the grand prize, contestants must stay in a hotel overnight in Covington, Georgia. The winner will be asked to produce a receipt from a valid Covington, Georgia hotel, motel, or Bed and Breakfast. The contest begins at 1:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 30^th, 2014. It ends on December 31^st, 2014 at 11:59p.m. Eastern Standard Time. To win the second or third prize an overnight stay is not required. The contest entries will begin after a live viewing of The Vampire Diaries Halloween special in the historic Newton County Courthouse on October 30^th, 2014, 8:00 p.m.
