Celebrity Chef J. Jackson Brings A Bit Of Fall Harvest To The Taste Of DC Festival

WASHINGTON - Oct. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Chef J. Jackson also known as Mr. Foodtastic, will do a demo of a fall-inspired dish at the Taste of DC festival. His demonstration will include readily available vegetables of the current season that the average person can create at home. He is a monthly contributor to Cuisine Noir Magazine, the first food and wine lifestyle publication for African-Americans.  Jackson splits his time running his successful private chef company based in the DC metro area.  When asked about what keeps him motivated, Jackson said:
