Harcourts Full Circle business owner Simon Smith said that it was time to come to the market with a campaign showing home owners that it is quite possible to sell their homes at market related prices within 30 days.  For the first time since 2008 we are starting to experience a shortage of good sellable stock in the market place. This is great news for sellers as when the demand for properties increase the prices fetched in the market place tend to start creeping upwards.
