Murphy Company and Penta Technologies win award for innovative technology for contractors

The integration and application of these technologies has allowed Murphy Company to streamline the collection of time/material/equipment data from their service technicians at customer sites. Instead of being in the field and having to record information to be sent back to a database and billing at a later time, technicians are able to record all information from the field and upon completion of a service ticket, billing is immediately notified. This is in contrast to many other mobile applications where information is recorded in the field to be submitted at a later time which in turn, delays the billing cycle.
