GSF Mortgage Expands Footprint in Wisconsin

IOLA, Wis. - Oct. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Teresa Nelson as branch manager in Iola, Wisconsin. Nelson joins the team with 15 years of industry experience.

In December 1999, Nelson answered an ad for a telemarketing position at a mortgage company. When the company needed a processor, she quickly accepted. Working her way through the ranks, she held positions as office manager and loan officer before she decided to purchase the company in 2007.

When helping her customers, Nelson keeps them informed of the next step; she maintains full communication from start to finish. She always attends her closings because she says the best part of her job is seeing the happy faces on first time homeowners.

Nelson’s daughter has been helping her in the office from a very young age. When she leaves for college, Nelson will replacing her with a processor and will be expanding her branch with experienced loan officers.
