Corum Capital announces new joint venture plans in South Korea

HONG KONG - Oct. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Corum Capital today announced that it has received approval to establish a joint venture in South Korea.  Corum Capital, through the new entity, will be able to offer a wide range of investment services to domestic mainland Korean clients. The new joint venture will be in partnership with a recently established domestic securities firm.

Corum Capital will have a wide range of services available including brokering and trading in ‘A’ shares and ‘A’ share convertible bonds.

Corum Capital are expected to underwrite locally listed ‘A’ share transactions and RMB-denominated corporate bonds and convertible bonds, as well as offer domestic financial advisory and other services.
