Metal Sales™ Outfits 2014 Greenbuild LivingHome in New Orleans

Oct. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- LOUISVILLE, KY – Metal Sales™ roof and wall panels will be showcased on the 2014 Greenbuild LivingHome demonstration home at the 2014 Greenbuild International Expo in New Orleans, October 22-23. The 1,550 square foot modular home meets LEED® for Home Platinum requirements and will be available to tour at booth #1139 on the Expo floor.

·      Metal Sales Vertical Seam roof panels deliver a dependable, long-lasting, and beautiful roof for the home. These 16” wide, 24 gauge Acrylic-coated Galvalume metal panels have a long life span, are 100% recyclable and contain a high percentage of recycled content. Vertical Seam features a tall, narrow seam that is ideal for attaching solar photovoltaic systems.

·      Metal Sales Soffit Panels deliver a high-performing and sleek wall solution. These 12” wide and 24 gauge panels feature a Metal Sales Linen White Color with a PVDF finish. Linen White is ENERGY STAR® listed and certified by the Cool Roof Rating Council. The panels also contribute to LEED® points in both Steep Slope and Low Slope applications. Linen White Color Finish provides pinnacle performance, with a .83 solar reflectance – 89 in the Solar Reflectance Index.

After the Greenbuild Expo, the LivingHome will be permanently placed on a Make It Right site in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward to aid ongoing Katrina recovery efforts.
