We’re working closely with Schools, Colleges and Universities to give exciting opportunities to young enthusiastic students.

Work Placements
Starting at the very beginning of a student’s introduction into the work place we open our doors to 1 week work placements. Within the week they spend time with different departments learning about our process from start to finish and what it would be like to work here full time (much more beneficial than the stereotypical admin work whilst making the tea’s and coffees).

We offer Saturday work following a successful work placement to students, allowing us and them to keep in touch whilst learning more about our business in hope they would consider a full time position when they leave education.

Internships
This programme follows on from a work experience placement and will allow the student to pick an area of the business they really want to get involved with. This includes choosing a project, working in a team with experts from the business and working towards a solution within their project area.

Sponsored Degree Programme
After a student has done one of the above we will then provide them with an opportunity to continue to work with us but also study for a Full Honours Business & Leadership Degree at Nottingham Trent University.

The degree is fully paid by First Response Finance and the student will receive an annual wage for working Full Time with us. The degree course offers 5 weeks throughout the year where the student attends University; we then allow extra time for study on a weekly basis internally.
