APV appoints Ken Pun and Lee Devine

WAN CHAI, Hong Kong - Oct. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- APV has announced two new senior hires to further enhance its expertise in video production, digital marketing and strategic branding in Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific region.

Ken Pun has been appointed General Manager/Executive Producer while Lee Devine will take on the position of Senior Producer/Director at the Hong Kong based video production agency.

With over 20 years of experience in broadcast television and marketing at Walt Disney Television Asia, Hong Kong Disneyland and Fox International Channels, Pun was previously the Broadcast Marketing Director at Hong Kong Disneyland where he worked closely with television networks and digital media across Greater China and Asia.  In his new role, he will continue to bring his extensive knowledge of China’s market to tailor suitable strategies for regional clients, as well as to build and maintain key client relationships.

Pun has produced numerous award-winning television programs, including the Hong Kong Disneyland Opening Special, which was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal for Variety Programming at the Asian Television Awards, and ‘The AlphaJets’ on Disney Channel, which won the Silver Medal at the Asian Television Awards.  “This is a very exciting time for digital content in Asia. APV has many iconic clients and I look forward to being a part of some ground-breaking projects going forward,” Pun said.

Lee Devine brings over ten years of experience in broadcast television, film production and creative branding strategy to APV. Devine is joining after four successful years as Head of Film and Digital at creative agency IncrediBull in London where he led numerous campaigns for top companies in the retail and telecommunication sectors, including Primark, New Look, Next, Skype, NCR and Nokia.

Devine has worked on film and digital campaigns all over the world, accumulating more than 10 million views of his videos online.  “I’m passionate about finding innovative and memorable ways to tell a brand’s story. Being in Hong Kong, APV is at the creative heart of Asia and I’m looking forward to working with people whose genuine ambition is making outstanding work for our clients,” Devine said.
