Window Installation Assistant, Full time, 1^st shift

Purpose:

To assist installing windows, doors and patio doors as requested by lead installer

To unload delivery shipments from vendors

Duties:

Report to job site and crew leader promptly

Help with job preparation, loading and material organization

Assist with job production as requested ad continually improve installation skills

Maintain clean job sites

Maintain proper time sheets

Assist in installation truck maintenance

Experience:

Knowledge of installation of windows, doors and patio doors or the ability to learn the skill

Ability to apply common sense in solving practical problems.

Physical demands:

Majority of time requires standing, walking, use of hands, Use of arms, reaching balancing and some climbing.

Ability to stoop, kneel and crouch.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds up to over  100 pounds with assistance.

Work environment involves a lot of outdoor weather conditions and loud equipment noise.

Other requirements:

Ability to cooperatively with others

Able to take instruction both positive or negative

Be able to work with or without supervision
