Stories under the old oak tree By Milanka Juzbašić - Education & Language

BRUSSELS - Nov. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- “Stories under the old oak tree” is a collection of nice, morals conveying stories, supported by the characters of grandfather Ben and his two grandchildren. Johana and Alex spend much time with their grandfather, learning to appreciate the love for nature and the love for the forest animals. At the end of each story there are questions that need to be answered; these serve young readers to easily understand what they had read. I hope you enjoy the stories.

About the author

During her teaching career, Milanka Juzbašić catered to and taught   many generations of children, and this inspired her to start writing relevant stories. Besides working as a teacher, she writes poems, stories, and textbooks for the lower grades of elementary school. She creates mind-puzzles games and works on the preparation and design of many educational textbooks and advertising material.
The purpose of ‘’Stories under an old oak tree’’ is to approach young readers and introduce them to a world of love for  books.

About the illustrator

Natali Šarić finds her work’s inspirationin working with children. She is the author of several text books, poems and chorus lines where the main players and readers are children.
