NEW Product from Techno CNC Systems: the Venture Series Material Handling CNC Router

RONKONKOMA, N.Y. - Nov. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Techno CNC Systems proudly announces the Venture ME4 CNC material handling work cell, designed with the high production cabinet shop in mind for streamlining material handling, CNC routing, and offloading operations, seamlessly and efficiently. The system is G-Code based and compatible with all the popular cabinet design nesting programs.

The ME4 work cell will automatically load a 4x8 sheet from a pallet by way of a scissor lift. The material sheet is safely and accurately guided onto the CNC platform by the movable gantry equipped with suction cups using retractable guide rails and stops on the table. Once the sheet is placed, the operator turns on the vacuum hold down and starts the cut cycle for the CNC to execute. After the sheet is fully processed, it is then pushed off to a conveyor table at the front end while another sheet is simultaneously loaded from the rear of the machine. The residual dust that is not picked up from the dust collector is swept off the table and conveyor into various chutes keeping the work cell clear of dust and debris. Upon completion, the individual parts are labeled by the operator through an integrated barcode system. This facilitates clear identification of the finished parts for quick and easy assembly later on.

The Techno Venture ME model (http://www.technocnc.com/cnc-router-systems/venture-ME4.htm) is built to last – with stress relieved all steel construction and superior quality components, such as precision linear bearings and rails, helical rack and pinion drives on the X and Y axes, and ball screw drive on the Z axis. These machines include a 12 HP HSD high frequency automatic tool changer spindle with an 8 position tool rotary carousel, FAM drill bank, multi-zone vacuum table and 10 HP rotary vane vacuum pump. The ME4’s material alignment system is equipped with a pusher bar and pop-up rails and suction cup load system, rear scissor lift, and a safety enclosure. A barcode printer scanner is available.The machine is driven by high-powered, maintenance-free brushless AC servo motors and controlled by a PC based Osai industrial CNC controller.
