Anviz Global Helps Secure the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport

TAMPA, Fla. - Nov. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- The enlargement and renovation of the most important airport in Paraguay, Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, required the implementation of a reliable and accurate access control system.

The distribution company Megapar Ingenieria SA provided the entire solution. The device that best suited the task was Anviz Global’s VF30, combined with the Anviz’s trademark AIM Software. The enlargement of the airport created a clear demand for increased security. With over 2000 employees and countless passengers flowing through the airport every year, security is a major priority. As of August 11, 2014 important areas such as VIP rooms, airplane hangars, management offices, and other areas are now protected with the Anviz-inspired system.

For this project, Megapar not only installed the access control system, but also provided the networking infrastructure, fire protection system, surveillance system, and other devices for the international airport.

An important requirement for this project was to integrate the access control system with the fire protection system. However, it was not difficult because Anviz’s VF30 devices are easily integrated with fire protection systems.
