Zylog Systems Ottawa Ltd. is Now Doing Business as Mindwire Systems Ltd

OTTAWA, Ontario - Nov. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- In a move to better represent the government and public sector organizations and IT professionals that it services, Zylog Systems Ottawa Ltd. (“Zylog Ottawa”) has changed its name to Mindwire Systems Ltd. (“Mindwire”).

On October 23, 2014, IKYA Human Capital Solutions Ltd. (“IKYA”) http://www.ikyaglobal.com/ acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Zylog Systems Canada Ltd. (“Zylog Canada”). Zylog Canada will continue to operate as a Canadian corporation under the name Brainhunter Systems Ltd. (“Brainhunter”).  Brainhunter has headquarters in Toronto, with locations in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. Mindwire is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brainhunter based in Ottawa that specializes in Government IT consulting, staffing and professional services.

Mindwire, previously known as Zylog Ottawa, services many Federal, Provincial and Municipal clients, as well as many other public sector clients across Canada. There are no changes in operations, resources or personnel associated with this company name change.
