Scott has over 25 years in executive leadership, project management, and product and service execution models.  Scott's extensive career has taken him from design supervisor, leading specialized engineering teams, through to division manager. He launched his own company CCE Services Inc. in 1999 which had such clients as AT&T, Comcast, Time Warner, Charter, COX, Duke Power, Florida Power, Sprint(Nextel) and many others.  In 2011 Scott merged his company with Truenet Communications.
