We have designed the JV Agreement so that it is Not a Conflict of Interest to any other Board that you may serve on.

If a JV PARTNER/ INVESTOR makes a $500,000 they will receive $5 million ROI or if a $1,000,000 investment is made in REO Capital then we will return $10,000,000 ROI over 5 years to that Investor as a JV Partner!
