This new law took effect on September 1st, 2011.

To become an approved vendor with the state’s Department of Health a printer must submit an application that requires extensive background information and allows the agency to inspect every aspect of your business and personal history. As an approved vendor we also must agree to take responsibility for the secure production and distribution of the prescription blanks to licensed healthcare practitioners.
