To begin the new year in style, the Hanoi fine dining Press Club has prepared a menu featuring all things oysters and mussels.

HANOI, Viet Nam - Dec. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- The seemingly small oyster packs a punch when it comes to flavors. As noted by food writers, its flavors have been compared to lettuce, apple, cucumber, even violets and copper. Mussels too evoke talk about their flavors and taste as they are a favorite food of the sea among diners.

Come see for yourself this January with an alluring menu at the Hanoi fine dining Press Club that features both oysters and mussels. Try fresh oysters for VND 45,000 each or have them grilled three at a time and served with green onions, tomatoes and cilantro for VND 145,000. You can also get Oyster Rock Fellers, sautéed spinach and creamy cheese sauce for VND 125,000 for three pieces.

The Mussels Marinieres and French Fries or Mussels Blue Cheese Sauce and French Fries (both VND 315,000) are classics, as is the Spicy Mussels Spaghetti (VND 260,000) which is on the menu, too. All these dishes are served with a complimentary glass of  white wine.
