“Gritty Lasagna” Authors to Make Appearance at Vino100

ALPHARETTA, Ga. - Dec. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Vino 100 in Alpharetta will be hosting an event this Saturday to celebrate the newly released book “Gritty Lasagna.” One of the book’s authors, Joyce Schlanger, is a resident of nearby Buford, and will be on hand to discuss the book and sign copies. Its co-author, Laurie Noble, who is from the Charlotte area, will also be in attendance.

“Gritty Lasagna” was released by Raburn Publishing & Thinkbox Press on December 5^th.

Not to be confused with some low-country Italian cookbook, “Gritty Lasagna” is described as “an inspirational, interactive and instructive guide to unleashing your inner power and achieving the life you imagine,” by the book’s publisher. It includes tips, strategies, and activities to make choices aimed at leading its readers to success in whatever areas of their lives need tweaking: love, friendships, health, wealth. The authors are both Italian, however, and do both love to cook.

More a movement than a book, Schlanger and Noble introduce the “Gritty Lasagna” concepts and methods to audiences in classrooms and conferences across the country. The authors are already planning a series of follow-up “Gritty” books.
