Follow on Google News | Urbanbubble Launches Major Survey Of City Centre ResidentsBy: urbanbubble Michael Howard, managing director, urbanbubble said: “We are always looking at ways to innovate and improve our service with the apartment buildings we manage, however, we’re about to embark on the next phase of city centre regeneration with tens of thousands of apartments planned to be built in the next decade or two. “Many new apartment buildings are being purposefully designed and built for rental purposes only and this allows us in the residential property arena to really look at how we can improve on what was built ten or so years ago. “Do our city residents want a gym and swimming pool, balconies and outside space, same sized bedrooms and wider facilities in common areas such as working spaces and lobbies to relax in? We decided to ask the people living in the apartments we manage to get their opinions. The results of the survey will not only help us improve our services now but we’ll also share them with architects, developers, agents and the Council to help inform future design and management plans.” urbanbubble will publish its findings via social media before Christmas, with a formal report to be issued in the New Year. The survey is being sent directly to over 1000 residents who live in buildings managed by urbanbubble, however, the firm welcomes input from anyone living in the city. All people need to do is visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/ The survey will be carried out anonymously and there is a prize draw available to those that complete it.
