 EliteCare Emergency Center Wins Judgment Against University General HospitalHouston based Emergency Medical Group, LLC operating as EliteCare Emergency Center (EMG) a 24 hour free standing emergency department in Rice Village, has been awarded damages of $1,769,675.37 from University General Hospital, LP (UGH) pursuant to a Final Judgment entered by the 165th Judicial District Court of Harris County on Monday afternoon. UGH is a subsidiary of University General Health Systems, Inc., a publicly held company.
