More specifically, the present invention is a car cottage in which users would have T.V, fridge, toilet, bed, shower and storage place too. It is a collapsible house or cottage. It can be used as a small home. In this cottage, users would have the facility of electricity and water as well. The source of electricity would be a hybrid Li-ion battery and gasoline motor. However, it is more than just about the money you're saving in a small cottage. All those home maintenance tasks, like cleaning and scrubbing and mowing and weeding, take far less time to accomplish in a smaller home, leaving you more time to do the things you really love.

This invention relates to the field of housing and more particularly to housing facilities which are not fixed in site, but are designed for ready transport from one location to another. Structures of this type are frequently referred to as mobile homes: they are mounted on wheels and arranged to be towed behind a traction vehicle. The spinning mechanism of the present invention can be imagined to pop out when pressed and can have some space in between it and the top. The space there can be used to open the top of the floor, the siding that is. There could be something like 4 floors cut outs for storage inside the cottage, or just one big floor cut-out towards the bed side. The toilet has its own spinning mechanism for going down. The shower detaches and lays on its side through clips. The toilet would be covered with curtains. Electricity would be provided with Li-ion battery and Gasoline motor. The excess electricity coming from the gasoline motor will charge the li-ion battery for more efficiency. The outer walls would be made with aircraft grade aluminum and the inner walls.

It would also use nano insulation material. The water for the toilet and faucet will be stored underneath on the lower half of the car cottage. It would be feed through a side opening. Windows would be placed between the door and the stand and behind the lamp. With an open floor design, users can place the tires inside as storage and users can also have room for an electronic station. Outlets can be placed on the floor in addition to the five pronged box. Roofing would be coated with never wet spray or somehow use some kind of waterproofing technology.

The inventor of CAR COTTAGE is seeking a third party licensee to manufacture, market and distribute the product under a royalty agreement. Potential licensees in the appropriate industries are currently being targeted as candidates to eventually commercialize CAR COTTAGE on a worldwide basis.
