EVOO Restaurant Introduces New Sensory Dining Experience

AMMAN, Jordan - Dec. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- In an innovative step to provide Sheraton Amman’s guests with an exciting dining experience , guests were invited to experience the concept of “Sensory Dining”. On Thursday December 4^th, 2014 diners had the opportunity to enjoy the unique culinary experience of dining while blindfolded. Without the use of sight, diners found their remaining senses of smell and taste, touch and hearing coming vividly to life in an ultimate heightening of all the senses and in the process discovering a new way to appreciate food and wine. And everyone commented how the blindfold experience was much more comfortable than they had imagined it to be.

Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel, General Manager Mr. Enda Mullin said: This concept was first introduced in London and we wanted to introduce this sensory dining experience to Amman. The sense of smell, almost more than any other, has the power to recall memories and the senses of our guests certainly came to life in animated discussions as to what ingredients they could taste and smell. It is our intention to repeat this dining experience every month as it is truly a unique way to enjoy the finest of food and wine in the company of your friends, Mr. Mullin confirmed.
