Grandstream Tablet Phones Added to APMAX ACS Service

MITCHELL, S.D. - Dec. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Mitchell SD – After completion of extensive lab testing, Innovative Systems has added the GXV3240 and GXV3275 IP Multimedia Phones to the APMAX Automated Configuration Service (ACS).

The unique feature for these phones are the 4.3" and 7" android tablets that are built in to them. Having a tablet embedded into the phone allows users web surfing and app access from Google. Some users have commented on how they take the phone home with them or on business trips and the built in wifi makes it possible to log in to a home or hotel network with the same SIP functionality that they have at their office.

The APMAX ACS SIP phone tool handles provisioning, firmware updates and also offers a Web Portal option for subscriber management of SIP key settings.  The GXV 3240 and 3275 joins over 50 different SIP devices and 10 different vendor brands that the ACS service can manage and maintain firmware updates for. The primary advantage of ACS is to allow service providers the ability to manage multiple brands of SIP phones from one GUI that they are already using with their APMAX hardware platform.
