Nylon Biopsy Bags for biopsy filtration

TAIZHOU, China - Jan. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Nylon Filter mesh is woven by nylon monofilament threads, which has warp thread and weft thread, the mesh count for making nylon biopsy bags is 100tpi with mesh opening: 200um.

Due to elongation and water solvent characteristics, nylon filter mesh is a better choice used for making biopsy bags than polyester filter mesh.

SHARE selects the quality nylon threads, using the imported Swiss looms to weave the mesh, the quality of the mesh (including mesh count, mesh opening) is assured.

After mesh is woven, nylon filter mesh will be washed to wash away particles or machine oil during weaving, in order to make the mesh stable, we will do the heat-setting to the mesh.
