After struggling for more than 25 years with severe autoimmune thyroid disease, Dr. Rosario sought to heal herself, learning from leaders in cutting edge health practices. Now she strives to guide others towards optimal health as well. She has trained under the leading authority on proper management of thyroid and autoimmune disorders, Dr. Datis Kharrazian. After realizing that a missing piece for many people’s chronic illnesses is their genetic predisposition to biological dysfunction, she delved into the world of genetic-based nutrition, Nutrigenomics, receiving advanced training from one of the field’s brightest practitioners, Dr. Benjamin Lynch.

Besides her passion for furthering her health-related education, Dr. Rosario values spending quality time with her family, passing on a love of learning to her children, and practicing what she preaches when it comes to self-care and a healthy lifestyle.
