Parking: Parking Lot #5 Who should attend: Open to the public. Anyone aged 16 and up. Seniors welcome! What to wear: Comfortable clothing and walking sneakers. Register here: https://events.r20.constantcontact.com/ The class instructor and creator of the 8-Week Body Makeover Program, Malin Svensson, is an International Fitness Coach/Author/ Nordic Walking takes fitness walking to a new level by adding poles to produce an incredible upper body workout. This workout increases your endurance, strengthens your core, arms, chest, back, buttocks and legs, improves your posture and flexibility and it takes stress off your ankle, knee and hip joints. After the free class, attendees are invited to head over to Perry’s Café for a healthy snack and to meet some new friends who will be taking part in the 8-Week Body Makeover Program. The Saturday February 7th free community class kicks off the 8-Week Body Makeover Program which starts Saturday February 14th. Malin explains, “Most people make a resolution to get healthier in January, but come February they have already given up.
