By: Flats LLC Chef Robert Puerto will be opening a handcrafted flatbread restaurant and artisan juice bar in downtown Atlanta this summer. (Note: The name and logo are still going through the legal process, so we can’t share that Scoop yet!) Chef Rob has worked with top restaurants such as Macaroni Grill, Moe’s, Taqueria Tsunami,Firestone Wood Fired Pizza & Grill, Soul De Cuba and Chastain Tavern. Customers will love their handcrafted flatbreads, salads and panninis made with fresh healthy ingredients. A feature we know we will enjoy is their artisan juice bar and gourmet coffee experience. After a year of searching for the perfect space, they were excited to secure this prime location at 152 Walton Street NW in Atlanta (previously a Subway) — just blocks away from the CNN Center and Phillips Arena. Eric and Robin Gagnon from We Sell Restaurants brokered the deal. They are planning to open early summer 2015. They first tested their flat bread concept in May of 2014. Scoop OTP (http://www.scoopotp.com) were lucky enough to attend that event and were very pleased! This restaurant will be a great addition to the downtown area serving healthy alternatives to fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They will be open 7 days a week. With a slogan of “It’ End
