Hampton Inn Fairborn Receives Perfect Mix Lobby & Guest Room Renovation

FAIRBORN, Ohio - Jan. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- PHR Construction is pleased to announce the completion of a major lobby and guest room renovation at the Hampton Inn Fairborn, located directly across the street from Wright State University and just minutes from Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The hotel is also near numerous corporations including GE-Unison Industries, Lockheed Martin, and Speedway, and within close proximity to The Mall at Fairfield Commons and Nutter Center.

The first phase of the renovation included a conversion to Hampton’s Perfect Mix Lobby with updated flooring, vinyl wall coverings and furniture. The PHR Construction team also refreshed the breakfast area, front desk, fitness center and public restrooms. The second phase of the renovation included updates to the property’s guest rooms – mattress and box springs, new carpet, lighting, window treatments and new tub surround and tile in the bathroom.

The final phase of the renovation, which includes updates to the hotel’s exterior, is currently underway with completion slated for summer 2015. The hotel will host a renovation unveiling celebration on March 19, 2015.
