Wingate of Reading’s 5-Star rating was achieved from the results of the annual Department of Public Health survey inspections over the past three years. The survey assesses the quality care delivered, nursing staffing levels and outcome measurements. The 5-Star rating, a required rating by CMS, is an important guide in determining placement of a patient or for employment.
